Beet Breakfast Zinger
- 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water
- 2 lemons, peeled, seeded, halved
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 apples, quartered
- 2 beets, scrubbed, quartered
- 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into your blender in the order listed and secure lid.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
